The Mouse Trap Truck Blogger's Night Out

One of my first visits to the Provo Food Truck Roundup I tried out The Mouse Trap Truck's grilled cheese sandwiches and fell in love. A few weeks ago I talked to the owner Dave about hosting a bloggers night out, and he was all for it! 

Most bloggers parties are about the glitz and glam, which isn't a bad thing at all because I love having an excuse to get gussied up! Though, I felt like it was time for a low-key bloggers night where we could talk, and have a good time with our friends over some amazing food. Leggings, sweaters, and topknots were encouraged!

We got to sample Mouse Trap's most popular sandwiches and they are literally TO DIE FOR. My favorite is the Odd Father, hands down! The Nutell-Yeah is a close runner-up :)

Amara Glam Spa Night

A couple of weeks ago I was invited along with some other bloggers in Utah Valley to enjoy a spa night at Amara Spa, Salon & Boutique! There was literally the red carpet rolled out for us, a fun photo booth with props, food catered by The Wild Zucchini Grill, drinks by Sodalicious, and beauty services courtesy of Amara!

I snacked on delicious desserts while Amara held giveaways every half hour, it was fun to see all the products gifted! I ended up winning a Sodalicious gift card...figures ;) I had my eyebrows waxed and a 15 minute massage from a couple of girls who work for Amara. Let's just say my brows look fab and that massage was heavenly!

Jade from Kissable Complexions is the gorgeous lady who hosted the party, she was such a sweetheart! It was fun meeting some new bloggers and chatting with my blogger friends. We all took home a swag bag at the end of the night and it was amazing!! So excited to try out all the different beauty products. Thanks Amara Spa, Salon & Boutique and everyone who helped to make the night happen!

Called to Surf Blogger Party

On February 26th, I had the opportunity to help put on Called to Surf's first ever blogger party! They are located in the Riverwoods, and have possibly the most adorable store ever. As soon as I walk in, I feel like I'm back on the Huntington Beach pier in California! They stock modest and adorable swimwear year round, cute daily wear items, and have just started including home decor in their store.

La Jolla Groves, also in the Riverwoods, provided a delicious appetizer table filled with artichoke dip, salsa dip, lemon cakes, and fresh lemon water. YUM!

One of my favorite places ever, Sodalicious, set up a soda bar for all the bloggers to enjoy! The owner Kevin, is a total hoot & all the bloggers loved testing out soda drinks until they found their signature one!

At the party the bloggers took on an Instagram challenge to snap photos of their ideal beach and spring outfits and hashtag them like crazy! It was so fun to see what everyone picked as some of their favorite pieces in the store. Called to Surf has an amazing selection of cute and modest swimwear to pick from, so it was super hard to just pick one or two swimsuits as my favorites! I especially loved this Juicy Couture lace swimsuit above, and the Nanette Lepore floral one piece below modeled by this gorgeous girl!

The Riverwoods very own candy & toy store, Blickenstaff's, made these perfect candy bags filled with gummy sharks and ocean-inspired jelly beans to fit the swim party theme. The bloggers loved taking this yummy goody bags home to snack on!

Everyone left that night with a huge smile on their face and their arms full of Called to Surf merchandise, Sodalicious cups, and Blickenstaff's candy bags. I want to thank all the bloggers who came, sponsors who participated, and finally Called to Surf for the makings of an amazing night! Hopefully we can all get together and party again ;)

Party Like a Rockstar

This week has been jam-packed! This past Wednesday I helped host a blogger party at Called to Surf in the Riverwoods, and it was a complete blast. Adorable modest swimwear, Instagram contests, Sodalicious Soda Bar, La Jolla Grove catering, and amazing blogger company...could you ask for better?? I can't wait to share more with all of you! 

Right after the party I started feeling a little sick and came down with a cold. Lame! I guess I just know how to party ;) I just finished studying & taking one test today, and now I'm studying to take another doozy of a test tomorrow. On tons of cold medicine...wish me luck! Happy weekend!
