Relieving Pain With Well at Walgreens

*I am a member of the Collective Bias® Social Fabric® Community. This content has been compensated as part of a social shopper amplification for Collective Bias and its client. All health related suggestions and opinions expressed in this post are all my own.*

Spring is on it's way which means that summer follows soon after (and swimsuits!), so I definitely have exercising and staying healthy on the brain. With all this working out I need some good medication to help in relieving pain from using those good ole muscles. I visited my local Walgreens, courtesy of #CollectiveBias, in Provo to pick up some of my medicine cabinet essentials.

First stop I made was to the pain medication aisle to pick up some #WellatWalgreens Extra Strength Pain Reliever. I'm just getting back into the groove of working out on a consistent basis, so this is necessary to help calm the muscle aches so I can hit the gym again! What aches today will be stronger tomorrow, so I got to keep up with my gym visits and biking to see some successful progress!

A lot of friends and family of mine get sick when the weather changes, so it's always good to be prepared with some Emergen-C on hand to help protect my immune system. Plus this is raspberry flavored, yum!

The final pieces to my ideal health and wellness kit was a daily multivitamin, some moisturizing and organic lip balm, along with a magazine to read while I soak in a nice hot bubble bath after working out! I'm a Walgreens Balance Rewards member which means I score some awesome prices on all my health necessities. You know I love a bargain!

What I also love about Walgreens is that they are passionate about helping their communities. There is a program called Walgreens Way to Well Commitment where they donate 1 cent from every Walgreens Health and Wellness product purchase to help bring preventative wellness services to their local communities. This all adds up to about $3 million a year, how awesome is that?!

Now that I have my ideal Walgreens health and wellness kit and my bike tires pumped, I'm ready to explore the city of Provo all spring and summer! :)

Influenster: Optic White Vox Box

I received a completely awesome Influenster Vox Box to test out the new Colgate Optic White whitening toothpaste and pen. It's so convenient and it actually works! I loved how it was literally a built it reminder to whiten my teeth after brushing. Below are the results from only 3-4 days of consistently using the product.

Itso facto, I love teeth and this box was perfect for me. If you were wondering what I look like with braces as an adult, you're in luck because I went rifling through my blog archives and found a post with some really lovely pictures. You're welcome ;)

*Products were provided to me complimentary of Influenster. All opinions are my own.*

Spring Is At Our Doorstep feat. Persunmall

I'm always on the hunt for comfy blouses, which is why I was so excited to review this top from Persunmall! It's flowy, a pretty cobalt color, affordable, and I can roll up the sleeves. Score! Granted a couple of the shell buttons liked to slip out, but I didn't mind re-buttoning a couple times throughout the day. I can also imagine pairing this top with my yellow lace Anthropologie skirt with some chunky wedges. Love it!

Anyone else stoked that it's Friday? I sure am! Still loving this weather so I had an excuse to wear my mint $13 sandals from Ross and American Eagle white jeans. Sunny weather on a Friday is just absolute perfection :)

Countdown to Graduation: 28 days

The Struggle is Real

I am getting some hardcore senioritis. I have 30 days until graduation and 20 more days until the end of classes. I'm dying a slow and painful death under homework, group projects, quizzes, papers, and tests. BLERGHHHHHH.

{Wedges c/o Shoe Carnival}

What stinks even more is that even though I super don't want to do anything school related, I'm such a snot when it comes to grades. Must do all the assignments and extra credit! I can't even be a proper slacker if I tried. I just gotta endure to the end! Happy...Wednesday? Gosh, I can't even get my days straight. Anyone else feelin' this?!

Weekend Update: Bekah's Bridal Shower + Jazz B-Ball

On Saturday I hit up the bridal shower of one of my friends I've known since being a college freshmen. She is getting married this upcoming weekend in California in a gorgeous wedding dress she's sewing herself. Bekah is the girl who comes to mind when you think beach bohemian, and she will rock that flower crown like no one's business!

Another one of my good friends from freshmen year, Kimberly was at the bridal shower and we enjoyed the italian sodas, panty cookies, and delicious chicken croissant sandwiches! I just love catching up with old friends because they feel like family :)

Bekah got a truckload of gorgeous lingerie and let it rain with all her lacy underwear! She even had "strippers"...who were just a couple of her guy friends dancing hilariously weird with no shirts on. I busted up when I noticed one of the guys wearing a CTR ring...which stands for "Choose the Right" hahaha! Ohhh Provo.

After the bridal shower I ran some errands and saw on Facebook a girl in my church ward putting up some free lower bowl tickets to the Jazz vs. Magic game that night. Um, heck yes! I hurried up home to pick up the tickets, then grab Ryan, and we were off to the game! It was kind of a boring game until the last 5 minutes where it was neck and neck.

The Jazz ended up winning by ONE point with a three pointer. Absolutely INSANE. We drove home from SLC, picked up some In-N-Out then watched a movie at home together. All in all it was an eventful and fun weekend! Now we're back to the grind of school, yuck!

Only 32 more days 'till graduation though :D

Happy Florals

{Linked up with Plane Pretty's Sunday Style}

I could not be more ecstatic about this amazing weather! The flowers are finally blooming, the sun is shining, and I can wear sandals no problem. To top it all off...I graduate in exactly 33 days, I got the job I talked about here, and I got picked for 2 shoppertunities with SoFab! Granted, this all takes a boatload of work, but I could not be more excited!

Happy Sunday! :)

Weekend Update: Gap Blogger Fashion Show

{Kat // Jessi // Jody}

This past weekend was a fun-filled one. After going to the wrong American Heritage test review on Saturday afternoon {they're all teaching the same stuff, right?!}, I picked up my blogger friends Ariel & Elise and we made our way to GAP at the University Mall for a fashion show.

{All fashion show pics taken by Ryan Houston Photography}

A bunch of our blogger friends {shown above, aren't they all gorgeous?!}, styled mannequins and walked the runway in their ideal spring looks. Makes me crave sunny days, flowy dresses, sandals, and bike rides! At the fashion show I ran into a bunch of non-blogger friends {totally random, but hey it's Provo} and loved catching up with them :)

Afterwards a few of us lunched at P.F. Changs where Ariel and I split a lettuce wrap appetizer and this amazing fried banana roll/coconut ice cream/caramel topped dessert...it was just as amazing as it sounds. Sooooo good.

Walking back to the other end of the mall from P.F. Changs we stopped at Francesca's Collections to look at the fun spring stuff they had. This wrap bracelet caught my eye on the sale rack for $10 and I decided to purchase it for some more glitzy arm parties. I get to the register and I'm told that the total comes out to...ONE PENNY. Say what?! The bracelet had accidentally been marked out of stock, but when this one came out of the blue the system defaulted it to being only a penny. Seriously made my life.

On our way home we indulged in some Sodalicious, and we probably gave the new guy at the window a heart attack with our confusing order. Poor guy! He was so embarrassed that he didn't want to tell us his name and instead introduced himself as Juan...Pablo haha! I love those fun blogger friends of mine :)

Windy Day feat. ModBod

Spring was just teasing me. All this beautiful weather yesterday then BAM, a windy nightmare. I'm just glad I didn't jump the gun by packing away all my winter coats and gear. This teal open weave sweater goes perfectly with my new ModBod Signature black cap sleeve, because it doesn't cause too much bulk but I still feel warm and cozy!

At least with this cooler weather I'm able to squeeze out more outfits with my favorite AE waxed denim. Plus these leopard converse I scored at Ross for $25 make my heart siiinnnnnnggggg! You all know I can't pass up a good deal...and leopard print anything for that matter.
