Spring is on it's way which means that summer follows soon after (and swimsuits!), so I definitely have exercising and staying healthy on the brain. With all this working out I need some good medication to help in relieving pain from using those good ole muscles. I visited my local Walgreens, courtesy of #CollectiveBias, in Provo to pick up some of my medicine cabinet essentials.
First stop I made was to the pain medication aisle to pick up some #WellatWalgreens Extra Strength Pain Reliever. I'm just getting back into the groove of working out on a consistent basis, so this is necessary to help calm the muscle aches so I can hit the gym again! What aches today will be stronger tomorrow, so I got to keep up with my gym visits and biking to see some successful progress!
A lot of friends and family of mine get sick when the weather changes, so it's always good to be prepared with some Emergen-C on hand to help protect my immune system. Plus this is raspberry flavored, yum!
The final pieces to my ideal health and wellness kit was a daily multivitamin, some moisturizing and organic lip balm, along with a magazine to read while I soak in a nice hot bubble bath after working out! I'm a Walgreens Balance Rewards member which means I score some awesome prices on all my health necessities. You know I love a bargain!
What I also love about Walgreens is that they are passionate about helping their communities. There is a program called Walgreens Way to Well Commitment where they donate 1 cent from every Walgreens Health and Wellness product purchase to help bring preventative wellness services to their local communities. This all adds up to about $3 million a year, how awesome is that?!
Now that I have my ideal Walgreens health and wellness kit and my bike tires pumped, I'm ready to explore the city of Provo all spring and summer! :)
