Real Seasons

Before moving to Utah 5 year ago for college I owned around zero pairs of boots and I think one real coat. It's not like I needed them! I lived in sandals, wedges, and converse and thin meaningless sweaters because southern California doesn't go lower than 70 degrees! It was a literal shock to my system to live in below perfect weather year round. Since experiencing real seasons I've accumulated boots upon boots and a closet stuffed with scarves, tights, gloves, and coats. I NEED ALL THE FALL/WINTER LAYERS!

I just switched out all the Spring/Summer clothes for my cold weather gear, and now I'm getting all excited for the cooler weather! Then you'll hear me complaining around March that it's too cold haha! Shoedazzle is seriously one of my favorite online shoe sites, and I snagged these boots last winter for a grand total of $17 including shipping! Of course I had to get a black pair of these boots too. Soooo thanks to Shoedazzle and Ross I have a pretty nice collection of boots :)

What a fantastic deal on those boots! I'm the opposite of you.. I grew up in CT and now live in FL. We still get pretty chilly here and there from December-February, but for the most part it's in the 70's that time of year and I can still wear sandals and dresses.

I still shy from owning boots (I want to pretend I live back in AZ) but I have to say I absolutely love your boots, skirt and top. Amazing!
