Shop Small Saturday has only been around since 2010 when American Express founded the shopping day to help small businesses procure more customers. This year on November 29th, when American Express card holders register their card at shopsmall.com they will be eligible for 3, $10 rebates when they "shop small" on Small Business Saturday!
