I visited the new Harmons location in Holladay, UT and it was absolutely gorgeous! I traveled up north with my blogger friend Kyla, and we were excited to check out all that Harmons has to offer. Our tour guide was the store nutritionist (yes, that's a thing!), Ashley, who gave us all the inside deets. Keep reading for the top things you need to know about Harmons!

French Onion Beef Slider Recipe
This shop/post has been compensated by Collective Bias, INC. and The Coca-Cola Company, all opinions are mine alone. #ItsAMatch #DietCoke #CollectiveBias
My brothers live nearby, which means at any moment I could be hosting an impromptu party with friends and family! I always keep Coca-Cola® products in my fridge, and our new favorites have been these flavored Diet Cokes®. They still have the same delicious taste, but with a ritzy new can and different flavors to choose from!
Currently my fridge is stocked with the Diet Coke® Feisty Cherry, which inspired me to whip up this beef slider recipe. The dark cherry taste matches perfectly with the dark protein :)

Salt Block Honey-Black Pepper Shrimp Recipe
Once we start experiencing the dead of winter, I immediately start looking at flights to a tropical location. Dreaming of the sun, beach, and seafood. Send me to Hawaii please! :)
When the new flavors for Diet Coke® were released, I was inspired by the Diet Coke® Twisted Mango to make this shrimp recipe! It reminds me of Hawaii because I ate tons of fresh mango and shrimp last time I was there, what a perfect pairing. Find your perfect Diet Coke pairing here!

Thin Mint RITZ Crackers Holidays Treats
This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #HolidayRITZ #CollectiveBias
The past few years I have chosen a holiday treat and mass produced them for everyone that we know and love! It's the best way to let all the people know in your life that you are thinking of them, without breaking the bank :) I went to my local Walmart and picked up all the ingredients to make these delicious RITZ Crackers Thin Mints topped with crushed candy cane. I had to "taste test" a few before wrapping them up and giving them to friends and family ;)
Below is a list of the ingredients I used, a step by step tutorial on how to make them, and this RITZ Crackers coupon to get 50 cents off a box. Which makes it even more affordable to create your holiday treat!
Ingredients (1 batch: creates about 15 cookies)
1 sleeve Original RITZ Crackers
1/2 teaspoon Pure mint extract
1 teaspoon Coconut oil
3-4 crushed Peppermint candy canes
1 cup Semi-sweet milk chocolate chips
1. Grab a microwavable bowl and pour 1 cup of semi-sweet milk chocolate chips into the bowl.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of pure mint extract to chocolate chips.
3. Finally, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
4. Microwave in 15 second-intervals, and mix between intervals. Usually takes about 2-3 times to get the chocolate all nice and smooth! If it's not smooth enough, add a little more coconut oil.
5. Grab a sleeve of RITZ Crackers!
6. Dip RITZ Crackers in bowl, and cover completely with chocolate mixture. I picked up the covered RITZ Crackers with a toothpick to then place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Crush up peppermint candy cane, then sprinkle on top of chocolate before it starts to harden. Or you could use festive sprinkles!
8. Place in freezer to set for about 1-1.5 hours to set.
9. Place treats in festive holiday treat bags with fun sparkly clothespins and this adorable treat sleigh!
10. Make tons and tons of them for all your friends, family, and co-workers!
This was such a fun and delicious treat to make for the Christmas season! How would you wrap up these RITZ Crackers cookies? What fun topping would you sprinkle on top? :)

Lo's Secret Banana Bread Recipe
I have tried about 5-6 different banana bread recipes and for some reason they have all been epic fails. I was talking to my friend Lo about this unfortunate predicament I was in and she offered her tried and true secret (but now not so secret) recipe. It's one that friends and family beg her to make for every holiday. I've made this recipe multiple times and it has been a constant hit!
Ingredients
3 Overripe Bananas
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Coconut Oil or Melted Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
2 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ginger
1 cup Chocolate Chips or Blueberries
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together greek yogurt, egg, overripe bananas, vanilla, and coconut oil together.
2. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, sugar, baking soda, flour, and chocolate chips.
3. Mix ingredients all together and put into bread pan, mini bread pans, or muffin tins! Cooking times vary for each way you cook it.
These times are estimates:
Bread Pan: 25-30 mins
Mini Bread Pan: 25-30 mins
Muffins: 15-20 mins
Voila! I made them in cute mini bread containers I found at Target and then delivered them to girls in my neighborhood as a "hello." I used these adorable tags from Lex's blog to top them off! Hope you enjoy this recipe just as much as I do!

The Best Potato Soup (Ever)
This recipe has become one of my favorites and has been a total hit when made for parties and events! It's a thick and creamy potato soup with a little bit of a kick. Plus, it's pretty easy to make which motivates me to make it again and again. I originally found the recipe here, but here is my version. Enjoy! :)
Ingredients
4 cups of Chicken Broth
4 cups of peeled and cubed potatoes (2-2.5 large potatoes or 4-5 smaller potatoes)
1/4 cup Minced Onions
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ground or crushed red pepper
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
Optional
Salt & pepper to taste
Shredded cheese
Bacon bits
Step 1: Wash and peel potatoes
Step 2: Cube/cut potatoes
Step 3: Combine cubed potatoes, minced onion, spices, and chicken broth in pot. Then let boil on MEDIUM heat for about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender
Step 4: Smash a few potatoes with whisk to release their starch for thickening
Step 5: Reduce to LOW heat and mix in a small piece of cream cheese at a time until it is melted in the mixture. Then continue adding more until you've used the entire cream cheese package
Garnish with shredded cheese and bacon bits, then stuff your face with this amazing soup!
